Monarch Legacy Society
The Monarch Legacy Society is DelNature’s recognition program for individuals who choose to support the organization through a planned or legacy gift. Named after the monarch butterfly, a symbol of endurance, transformation, and intergenerational stewardship, the Monarch Legacy Society honors donors who make a long-term commitment to protecting the natural world. The Monarch Legacy Society recognizes visionary supporters who have included DelNature in their estate plans. Through planned gifts, these dedicated individuals create a lasting legacy that protects land, wildlife, and natural resources while supporting environmental education and advocacy for generations to come. Their commitment ensures that future communities can continue to learn from, enjoy, and benefit from the natural world.
Types of Planned Gifts
Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
Recommend a grant to Delaware Nature Society through your donor-advised fund to support the programs and places you care about most. You can also name DelNature as a beneficiary of your DAF, creating a lasting legacy with a flexible, tax-efficient giving tool.
